Bartender

Location: Atabey, 201 N. Aurora St., Ithaca, NY

Job Type: Part-Time

Atabey is the first, full-service Puerto Rican restaurant brought to you by the creators of La Bamba Cuisine. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, skilled Bartender to join our opening team and help create a vibrant, memorable dining experience in downtown Ithaca.

Responsibilities:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
Develop and present signature cocktails that highlight Puerto Rican flavors
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times
Monitor and manage bar inventory, ensuring timely restocking
Deliver outstanding service with warmth, professionalism, and cultural pride

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of classic cocktails and creativity in crafting original drinks
NYS Alcohol Server Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Punctual, dependable, and passionate about hospitality
